Hello last week my reading group stared learning about sleep.
I am learning to read and find the appropriate information I am searching for.
Here are three facts I have learnt so far about sleep.
The first auricle All about sleep By Jill McDougall.
Did you know People might feel as sleeping when they go to sleep and they are falling or floating on there back.
Did you know During deep sleep that your body feels heavy and the heart beats more slowly.
Did you know During this they are half awake and half asleep.
Did you know If something disturbs them, they can easily wake up.

ReplyDeleteWe have 14 hours sleep. And sometimes I get up at 5:00 to cheek my phone because it is always going off and I can;t turn it off. So I really need to go to sleep because it is really inport.
