Our political party’s name was work as a team

We believe that you should vote for our political party because we care about people’s wellbeing and want to make sure they have a warm, safe environment to live in. 

Another one of our focuses in the world for the future is to improve the education system all over the world. We believe that anyone should be able to go to school whether they’re a female or a male and they should be able to get the education that they need. And if they can’t get a uniform then we will make sure that they have a uniform so that they can go to school and so that they are warm.

Change the way that transport is to the environment because of all of the harmful pollution that is created. Things like making it cheaper to buy electric cars or free public transport for example buses because you can fit more people on a bus and it causes a lot less pollution then having so many cars on the roads.

Make the process to apply for a job a lot easier so that there are less families on the streets. A Lot of families end up living on the streets because their parents lose their jobs and have no income causing them to not be able to always pay their bills on time which means that they then lose their house.

 Have more food banks available for people that are less fortunate or are struggling to feed their families.

 Energy drinks taste good but you might not be so quick to agree when you find out how much damage they actually cause. 

 Energy drinks are highly addictive. If you drink lots of energy drinks or if you drink it regularly and you try to quit by just stopping drinking it your body won’t be used to not having all of the extra energy making you tired which then causes all of your organs to shut down. Unfortunately by drinking too much, you can end up with dental problems, weight gain and the development of obesity and type 2 diabetes.Plus if you have an addiction to energy drinks then you’ll be buying a lot of them which then means that you’ll be spending a lot more money.

Parents and teachers  raised concerns about the impact that energy drinks have on children and young people in the school environment. One teacher said: “It makes the students too hyper and makes it way harder to teach them”.  If kids are hyper it makes it a lot harder for them to focus in class because they’re wanting to walk around a lot more causing them to fall behind on class work resulting in them ending up not getting as high grades which then results in them being held back a year. Kids are much more argumentative and talk back a lot more causing more stress on parents, guardians and teachers.

Drinking energy drinks causes extreme sugar intake. It was reported by Diabetes UK that over 7,000 under 25’s have type 2 diabetes which they think is caused by energy drinks. One 500ml can of Monster Origin contains 55 grams of free sugars. Energy drinks are acidic, and

frequently consuming them can discolour your teeth and wear out your enamel over time. Causing you to get dental issues such as cavities. Sugar-free energy drinks still contain just as much caffeine as ones with sugar. Artificial sweeteners have also been linked to an increased risk of type 2 diabetes. 

Energy drinks taste good but do you really want a drink to be in control of your health, your relationships and so much more.

Barrier- A obstacle that needs to be overcome before you can achieve what your wanting to achieve or resolve 

Attribute- A quality that someone or something has 

Persuasive- someone who is very convincing about a subject or thing

Insightful- Share their understanding or their perceptive 

Integrity- The quality of being honest and having strong morals

Empathetic- Showing sympathy and show that their someone that you can relate to

Respect-  Being considerate show teachers your listening and by not saying or doing things that aren’t nice or unfair

What interpersonal skill did you use today? We used our team working skills.

How did it help with the success of the activity? That we worked together by putting a hoop on the ground three people stepped into the front hoop and the other two people steeped from the back hoop into the middle hoop someone in the middle hoop without dragging it or stepping out of the hoop pick it up and pass it to the people in the front hoop they put it in front and we kept moving into the hoop in front until we reached the end.

Who did you work with that went well today? Today I worked well with my entire group Patrick, Isiah, Maddie and Quaiden.

If you were to do it again, how would you do it differently? If I was to do it again I wouldn't drag the hoop or step out of it because we then had to go back to the start because we would have got "bitten by a shark"

Who are Sam Johnson and Jason Pemberton? Sam Jhonson and Jason Pemberton are the co founders of the volunteer Army Foudation that group was made up of unerveristy students. 

Why was the group started? The group was started to help clean up after the Christchurch earthquakes. They helped old people and other people who needed some extra help.

How did they help the community? They helped the community by putting together a grocery service and to help old people to clean up.

Bic Runga actually grew up in Hornby and went to Cashmere High School.

Conduction:Conduction is the process by which heat energy is transmitted through collisions between neighboring atoms or molecules. Conduction occurs more readily in solids and liquids, where the particles are closer to together, than in gases, where particles are further apart.Transferring heat by passing energy through a solid.

Convection: Moving heat by moving particles. Convection is a transfer of heat related to the movement that occurs within a fluid due to the rising of hotter materials paired with the sinking of colder materials. This occurs because hotter materials have less density than colder ones.

Contraction: Getting smaller/leaving  A contraction is when the muscles of your uterus tighten up like a fist and then relax. Contractions help push your baby out. When you're in true labor, your contractions last about 30 to 70 seconds and come about 5 to 10 minutes apart. They're so strong that you can't walk or talk during them.

Expansion: Expansion is what happens when something becomes bigger or more extensive. If you enjoy good pastry, you will be excited by the expansion of the bakery, but be careful or you will also see the expansion of your waistline. The noun expansion is from the Latin word expansionism, which means a spreading out. What heat particles expound making things bigger.

Was the cold or hot water quicker or wren they the same time? No they weren't the same the hot water wa quicker. Why? heat 

Because heat travels fast to cold the areas. the water speeds so fast that the cold water is deserving the crystal  that is in the water. The hot water was the quriter because the cold one is colder one takes that cold away from the crystal. The purple dostovels faster withe hot water.
